Order and Shipping Policy

SUBSTITUTION AND REFUND

We will not substitute without your permission.   Supplies of plants are limited to available stock. When weather conditions have reduced available stock and we are unable to fill your order a refund will be issued. 

ORDER AND SHIPPING DATES

Order cutoff date is August 1, 2025.

Shipping dates are July 15 - September 1, 2025.

 All orders under $60 include a $14.75 base shipping charge. Orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS.  Our goal is for you to receive your plants in the most efficient way and within 3 to 5 days of shipping.

GUARANTEE 

 All rhizomes are freshly dug, labeled true to name, and healthy when shipped. If there are any problems, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of shipment and we will replace any plant that you are not happy with. We can't be responsible for your climate or growing conditions.
